• Each card is 5”x 7” (12.7cm x 17.8cm) in size
• Cards have a 7mm white border framing the picture
• All cards are blank inside
• Each card is packaged, complete with one white envelope, in cellophane
• Our cards are professionally printed on high quality 350gsm card

Delivery & Payment

• Delivery is free for orders of £5 and over
• Whenever possible, we will dispatch your orders in reused/recycled packaging
• For orders under £5 there is a £1.20 postage and packaging charge
• We aim to despatch orders within 48 hours of receipt
• We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal

Returns

• Fat Hen will only refund goods which are defective or not fit for purpose
• Defective goods should be returned with their original packaging along with notification of the customer order number
• Please contact Fat Hen for return address details
• Every effort is made to ensure that goods reach their destination in ‘tip-top’ condition.
